My back hurts so bad. I can barely sit. I think I hurt myself on Sunday while cleaning my apartment. The pain did not start immediately and seems to be getting worse. I'm gonna get a real bed soon. Right now I sleep on an air-bed.

Talk about mission impossible. I just gave both of my kitties their first bath ever. They thought that I was trying to drown them and kept screaming and scratching as if calling for help. I kinda felt sad for them. But now, I have two nice-smelling clean kitties! So all is good :)
Last night was pretty good. Went to dinner with Brian and Linda. Then saw Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events starring Jim Carrey. I liked the movie a lot. Then went to 420 Park Place Grill 'n Tavern with both of them to meet my friend Jessica and her sister Emily. Played pool, had a few drinks, you know, the typical stuff. Came home late night and went to bed. Woke up late today but did a lot of cleaning. Still have to do my laundry and a lil work. Life's good.

The Vice Guide to Everything. Long read but definitely worth it.

Here's the year 2004 in keywords that affected my life: Graduation, Florida, Job, Car, Apartment, Marathon, and Kittens. Other than these, I think everything else was just like any typical year...

So there I was, sitting in my chair in front of my computer, playing with my kitties, and watching something on TV when Brian called. Said he was really hungry and stuck in Clearwater. The only place he could eat was Hooters down the road and he didn't wanna go there alone. I've never been to a Hooters place before so I said sure, I'll come. Turns out, this was the original Hooters - the place where it all started. It was a pretty good restaurant and from the looks of it, our waitress was definitely a former stripper. Ha! Anyways, I loved the food and the atmosphere was pretty good too. I ate a bit too much and my tummy is soooo full right now. But it's kinda cool though - my first visit to Hooters was actually at their first location. It's kinda like losing your virginity to Eve! Hehe.

Great weekend so far. Friday night was the company Christmas party at my boss's dad's house. Loved it. Had great drinks, played blackjack, and chilled with people.
Yesterday I woke up late, and then went shopping with Tay and his step-mom Lottie. Had nice dinner at their place and then went to see National Treasure. Decent film, worth the $6. After that we went cruising downtown to check out the bars, Taylor being over 21 finally. A few drinks later we both were hungry and went to a diner for post-midnight food :)
It's definitely holiday season. I'm lovin' it :)

I got a box of candies from my work Secret Santa! Yay! The Secret Santa game is awesome. Everyone puts their name in a box and they pickup someone else's name from the box. Now you have to buy the person a nice gift under $5. I got a box of chocolates and give my victim a nice bottle of wine. This game rocks :)

Just realized - today is exactly six months since I moved to Florida! Here's to an awesome half-year!

Yet another great day at work. Got a kickass new server and setup a lot of small things. And just as I entered my apartment, my kitties started running around me in joy. Life is good :)

I went to the Dali Museum today in downtown St. Petes. Definitely one of the most interesting artists I've ever seen. Had some good food and went to the mall afterwards. Long day and very tired now. Time to kick back and watch some TV.

Yet another boring day. Nothing to see here. Move along folks.
Had a decent weekend. Went out with my friend Jessica and had a few too many drinks. Other than that, a pretty uneventful weekend.

CNN reports "Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater, characterized by traffic speeding along eight-lane boulevards, was ranked first for its dangerous roads, with 3.69 deaths per 100,000 people in 2002-2003." Glad I have a car and don't walk around anywhere.
