So I started running again. I knew that the heat & humidity would hurt but I didn't expect microeconomics to kill my motivation.
How can economics demotivate you from running?
At 2.5 miles: "Only 1/2 mile left! Gotta finish as I already put in so much effort! Wait. That's sunk cost. Can't make future decisions based on past costs!" So I stopped.
